Helaman 5:12 "And now, my sons, remember, remember that it is upon the rock of our Redeemer, who is Christ, the Son of God, that ye must build your foundation; that when the devil shall send forth his mighty winds, yea, his shafts in the whirlwind, yea, when all his hail and his mighty storm shall beat upon you, it shall have no power over you to drag you down to the gulf of misery and endless wo, because of the rock upon which ye are built, which is a sure foundation, a foundation whereon if men build they cannot fall."

Finally in Peru!

Hola!

Im finally here in Peru! The plane trip was long, and we didnt have much to do, but I survived. Everyone in my group got here fine, which is good. We got into our rooms at around 1:30 last night. I slept like a baby. Luckily they let us sleep in until 9:00 this morning. The breakfast was cereal. Namely "Fruit Loops". They tasted almost exactly like chewy fruity vitamins.....not the best lol. The MTC here is pretty small, but really nice. Nicer than the one in Provo. The first impression I had of Peru on our way to the MTC was, "Wow, this is so getto". Lol. Luckily as we got towards the MTC things got less getto and were in a nicer area. Sorry about not putting in apostrophes....Im using a spanish keyboard and its kind of weird and I dont really know how to use it lol. The temperatures here right now are fairly cool. About mid 60 s. Its also a little humid. This will sound random, but the grass here is really weird but I kind of like it. Its like really short, sturdy, soft crabgrass. I just thought it was cool =). I dont really know what else to say... the plants are really pretty here lol. Thats all I can think of for now, so uh....bye.

Love,
